Privacy Policy

RADS10 collects as little as it can. This page says what we collect, why, and who sees it. "RADS10", "we" and "us" mean RADS10, the business that operates this site and holds this information.
If you visit or shop through RADS10
- No account needed. You don't sign up to see deals, and we don't ask for your name or email.
- Clicks. When you click through to a business we record which business, which station's code was applied, and when. We do not attach your name, email or IP address to that record.
- One cookie. If you arrive on a station's page we set a single cookie that remembers that station for 30 days, so it gets the credit if you come back. We use no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers.
- Your purchase. You buy directly from the business. Your order, payment and delivery details go to the business, under its own privacy policy, and never to us.
If you join as a station or a merchant
- Account details. The name of your station or business, its website, your email address and your password. Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that we cannot read.
- Listing details. For stations, your four-letter code. For merchants, your discount, description, category, store platform, logo, public rating and the links it can be checked against.
- Sales reports. Merchants report monthly sales totals by discount code, or connect their store so the totals are read from its orders. We only need the totals; please don't include your customers' personal details.
- Earnings and payments. What each merchant owes, what each station has earned, and what has been paid.
- Staying logged in. When you log in, your browser stores a login token for up to 30 days.
If you contact us
We keep the name, email address and message you send so that we can reply.
What is public and what members see
- Station names and codes, and merchant names, discounts, descriptions, logos and ratings, are shown only on each station's own page.
- Merchants see the station names and codes they need to accept, and how many visitors each one sent them.
- Stations see which merchants their audience bought from and the sales totals credited to them.
- Email addresses and passwords are never shown to other members or the public.
Who we share information with
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify and its data is stored with Microsoft Azure. Like all hosting providers, they keep standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
- Payments. When automatic payments are switched on, card, bank and identity details are collected and held by Stripe, our payment provider, and are not stored by us.
- Nobody else. We do not sell or rent information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and your choices
- We keep account information while your account is open. Records of sales, fees and payouts are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes.
- You can ask us to correct your details, send you a copy of them, or close your account and delete what we don't need to keep. Contact us to do so.
- RADS10 is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll post the new version here with its date. See also our Terms and the Terms of Use for shoppers.
