Terms of Use for shoppers

RADS10 lists independent businesses. Purchases are between you and the business, and RADS10 doesn't guarantee any seller or provider. By using RADS10 to find or visit a business, you agree to the terms below. "RADS10", "we" and "us" mean RADS10, the business that operates this site.

1. What RADS10 is

RADS10 is a listing service, like the classifieds in a newspaper. Independent businesses selling goods and services create their own entries, and stations and podcasts send their audiences here. RADS10 does not sell anything.

2. Your purchase is between you and the business

• When you buy something, the contract is between you and the business you buy from. RADS10 is not a party to it.
• You order from, and pay, the business directly, on its own website or invoice. RADS10 does not take orders, handle payments, deliver goods or perform services.
• Prices, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and customer service are the business's responsibility, under its own terms and policies.

3. No guarantee or endorsement

• RADS10 does not guarantee, endorse or recommend any business, product or service listed here. A Premium or Standard badge only tells you the size of the discount a business offers.
• Entries, descriptions, logos and discounts are written by the businesses themselves.
• Ratings are supplied by each business from another site, such as Google, Etsy or eBay, and are shown with their source. We check entries against our rules, but a rating can go out of date and we can't promise it is accurate. Check for yourself before you buy.

4. Discounts and codes

• Each business sets its own discount, and can change or end it. If a code doesn't work at checkout, ask the business.
• When you use a station's code, the business pays a small commission that is shared with that station. It costs you nothing extra.

5. If something goes wrong

Contact the business first: it is the one that can put things right. If a business listed here doesn't live up to its promises, please let us know, because we may remove it. We can't settle disputes, and we can't give refunds for purchases made from a business.

6. Our responsibility

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, RADS10 is not liable for any loss arising from a purchase from, or dealings with, a business listed here, or from relying on an entry or rating. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can't be limited.

7. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy says what we record when you click through, which is very little. We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with its date. If anything is unclear, contact us.
